In the year 1998 a vineyard of 40 dunams was planted on the mountain of Grizim with two types of vinegrapes
1 Cabernet sauvignon
2 Merlot
It was harvested in 2002 and 2003. This year 2004 we are going to make our first wine in G'ds will.
All harvest are picked by hand, by religious people and "Kosher", under supervision of a Rabby.
